“Nasaan si Mama mo?” tanong ko kay Fraulein. Pllit kong pinakakalma ang boses ko. Gusto kong itago ang garalgal nito. Hindi naman kasi madaling tanggapin ang bawat katalunan. At saka naisip ko, nagkaunawaan na kami ni Olive. Nag- I love you na kami sa isa’t-isa. Para saan yung halikan namin sa aplaya nung sunrise na yun?

“Lumuwas po ng Maynila, may inasikaso,” sabi pa ni Blue Eyes.

Kaya pala sarado ang pondahan nila.
